As part of BeHeard by MED-EL, you can sign up for counselling to support you along your journey to hearing. We provide this support because we know that the journey to hearing can be a worrying one.

Counselling is available to those looking for a hearing implant or parents and caregivers who would like support during this time.

Be supported by an accredited therapist who has lived experience of hearing loss. We will be offering group sessions and a limited number of 1-2-1 sessions. Spaces are limited, so registration is mandatory. 

Already a MED-EL hearing impant user?

If you are already a MED-EL hearing implant user, we will be on-site so that you can feel supported. Do you have questions regarding your audio processor? Are you experiencing issues connecting to your devices? Or do you want to learn how to use your accessories more effectively? We will have an experienced, dedicated Clinical Specialist onsite. So that we can best support you, registration is required (see below).

As part of this event, we are also facilitating a connection between individuals and Hearpeer Mentors. Hearpeer Mentors are volunteers with lived experience of a MED-EL hearing implant. Connect, share stories with, and get any questions you have answered.
